Chen Shao Ping was born in Lujiang, Annhui Province, PRC in 1921.With humble beginnings Ping is a self taught watercolor artist whose work with watercolors has extended over half a century earning him many awards and achievements.
Member of the Board of Directors of the Chinese Water Color Artists' Association.
Four year participant in China's National Watercolor Exhibition
Exhibited Internationally in Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuwait and Turkey.
Twice featured in special exhibits at the Los Angles Pacific Asia Museum .
Special Exhibit in Shenzhen Museum in 1994.
Featured one man show in Tai Pei, Taiwan in 1990 and 1998.
